ANTWERP, Belgium—Among the audience at Divine Performing Arts Chinese Spectacular on Feb. 26 in Belgium was Mr. Adallah Al Mouallimi, the Saudi-Arabian Ambassador to Belgium. Ambassador Al Mouallimi was happy to be spending his evening watching the Spectacular .

"It was a pleasure to be here. This is a very fascinating show! It is authentic, it is original. It reflects important elements of Chinese culture. I was pleased with the explanation that was given with each part of the show because it made it much more meaningful. I'm very delighted to be here!"

"I liked very much the act of the lady and her son who was defending the country against the invasion, he said. "I thought that this was particularly impressive. It reminded me of similar events in our Arabic history in which a mother would play a very important role in encouraging her children to defend their principles and ethics. I thought that this was particularly impressive. I also liked the poetry in the songs which I found very deep and very inspiring."

Ambassador Al Mouallimi also commented on the diversity of the Chinese culture presented in the Divine Performing Arts Show. "We have seen quite a few elements of ancient culture, elements that reflect the diversity of China, from Mongolian to Tibetan dance. It was very varied and very impressive."
