"They're all good, they're all good," said Loyd Johnson, a civil engineer originally from Caribbean, after watching the Chinese New Year Spectacular in Atlanta on Jan. 4.

Loyd's wife, Joan shared a similar opinion and said, "It's quite an experience, I've never seen it before, it's my first time. I think I like all of them. I was very impressed with the drummers, and the costumes are beautiful."
Loyd said he enjoyed it very much. "The whole choreography and music and everything put together made it a very nice theatrical experience," Loyd said.
Manju is studying Chinese medicine, and her comments about the show were brief: "It was all good, very colorful, yeah, very colorful, very pretty."
David Weir works for the State Government, and brought his whole family with him, including a seven-year-old girl from Korea.
"We really enjoyed it. We didn't know quite what to expect when we bought the tickets for my daughter who is seven and from Korea. She saw the poster and said that she really wanted to go because she likes the costume and she really liked that," David said.
David thinks the drums were a highlight. "I liked that. That was very good. The war drums," David said.
David thinks he did learn something about China from the show. "The stuff about the Mongolian Bowl Dance, these kinds of things we didn't know any of that. So it's educational, too," David said.
IT programmer Carl said he didn't realize it was that spiritual. "Very special, Oh yes, very good, very good," Carl said. "Oh it was fantastic, especially the colors. The mountain dance, that was my favorite, that's really good, pretty nice, all are good, I like that one the best, a lot of colors, movements, really good, fantastic."
